Hi!
I teach gifted 4th and 5th graders in North Carolina, US. I am just looking at what others do with blogs to help decide if I would like to try to set one up for my class. It looks interesting.

Hi,
I am a Deputy Principal at a public school in Sydney. I have only recently set up my first blog and am encouraging staff to come on my learning journey. I hope to use it to help staff learn how to use blogs in the classroom. I came across your site and am soooooo impressed with all the information, activities and the way it's used. So, i have used your blog as a sample. You are on my blogroll and i'm hoping my teachers can see from it how useful a tool it can be... and how much fun teaching and learning is in the technological world. So thank you very much. I love what you are doing!!!!

From Mrs C: Thanks! We are very pleased for you to use our blog as an example to others - the bigger the audience the more we like it. :-) Please send us links to any student-centred blogs you set up; we'd like to visit.

Hi Ms Walsh,

Thanks for visiting and especially for posting a comment. We are nearly half way through our school year - our mid year holidays start Friday week. I had a look at your blog - you sure have put a lot of information on in a short time! I especially like the slideshow on divisibility.

Hi everyone. I teach 6th grade (class? in Australia) math in Port St. Lucie on the Atlantic coast in the state of Florida in America. I've never been to Australia, but I should would like to visit someday. I found your website when it was featured on edublogs.org. Our website is just beginning as I just started it this past week! One exciting thing our sixth graders got to do this past year was go once a week to an environmental center next door to our school and do scientific experiments outside. We learned to test the quality of our water using multiparameters and pH meters and a few other tools of the trade. We also had a televised debate about whether or not our town should be allowed to build a bridge over the St. Lucie River. They were the first class to be able to do all of these things, so it was exciting to see it all come together. School's just out for the summer. Yeah! and so I'm busy getting ready for school next year. If you'd like to check us out, we'd love to hear from you. http://walsh.edublogs.org
